Juniperus Blue Point Details

Juniperus Blue Point, commonly known as the Blue Point Juniper tree, is a shrub grown for its attractive blue-green foliage. This conifer grows quickly with an upright, pyramidal shape holding the foliage on slender, upright branches. It typically grows to 4 m tall and 2.5 m wide, performing best when planted on a well-drained site in full sun or partial shade. It is tolerant of dry conditions but not of prolonged wet soils. Juniperus Blue Point is commonly included in mixed plantings, grown as a specimen, maintained in a container, used for bonsai, grown to provide year-round colour, or used as a backdrop for smaller plants.
