“Pembury Blue” is a conifer grown for its attractive colouring and tidy growth habit. The foliage is dense, held in broad sprays, and is a stunning blue colour which intensifies during winter. It grows with a conical shape to about 10 m tall and 4 m wide and can be trimmed as necessary. Best performance with this plant is achieved when it is grown on a well-drained site in full sun. It is tolerant of frost, coastal environments, and cool climates. This low maintenance conifer is commonly grown as a specimen, added to a mixed planting, used as a screen, or trimmed into a hedge.
