Gymnocalycium vatteri
This is a small cactus commonly grown as an indoor plant. It grows as a somewhat rounded and spiny ball to about 8 cm tall and 10 cm wide. White flowers will sometimes adorn the plant in summer. This cactus grows best when positioned in full sun on a well-drained site. It is commonly grown as a potted plant either by itself or with other cacti and succulents.
