Its glossy, green foliage provides the perfect backdrop to those eye-catching blooms, creating a striking contrast on pergolas, arches, or fences. The mild fragrance adds another layer of delight, making this rose a sensory pleasure in any setting.

What really sets the Rosa Iceberg climbing rose apart is its disease resistance and adaptability. It's well-suited to New Zealand's diverse climates, thanks to its robust nature. With regular deadheading and occasional pruning, this climber will reward you with wave after wave of flowers, ensuring your garden remains vibrant for months on end.

Planting and Caring for Rosa Iceberg Climbing Rose

Planting your Rosa Iceberg climbing rose in a sunny location will give it the best start. Roses thrive on at least six hours of sunlight a day and well-drained, fertile soil. When planting, enrich the soil with good compost and ensure the roots are well spread. Regular watering and feeding with a balanced rose fertiliser will keep your climber healthy and encourage prolific blooming.

Training your Rosa Iceberg climbing rose is simple. Just tie the canes gently to supports, encouraging the plant to spread out and produce even more blooms along its length. Watch for aphids and treat them promptly, but overall, this variety is remarkably easy to maintain.
