Why Proper Preparation Matters

Preparing land for grass seeding is about more than just scattering seed—it's the essential step that determines your lawn’s long-term health. Well-prepared soil ensures better water retention, less compaction, improved nutrient flow, and fewer weeds. Investing time here means less maintenance, fewer bare patches, and happier weekends outdoors.

Steps to Prepare Land for Grass Seeding

1. Remove Existing Vegetation
