Syzygium australe Brilliant, commonly known as Lilly Pilly, is a vigorous, large shrub. The new foliage is red which then develops copper tones before aging to dark green. Small, white, fragrant flowers are produced in summer as it grows to 5 m tall and 2 m wide. Syzygium Brilliant is commonly used for hedging, screening, as a backdrop for smaller plants, as a feature plant, in mixed plantings, or grown in a container.
