Prunus laurocerasus, commonly known as the Cherry Laurel, is an evergreen tree that produces large and glossy, dark green leaves which are held densely. The plant is adorned with small and showy clusters of scented, white flowers in summer as it grows to 6 m tall and 5 m wide. Prunus laurocerasus is commonly trimmed into a hedge, used for screening, added to a mixed planting, or grown as a specimen.

Prunus Tai Haku (Tai Haku)
Prunus Tai Haku is a variety of Flowering Cherry that features masses of large and showy, white blossoms. The flowers are held in pendulous clusters through spring and borne just as the leaves start to emerge. The leaves emerge a copper colour, age to mid-dark green, then develop yellow and orange tones in autumn before falling. It grows with a broad and spreading habit to about 6 m tall and 8 m wide. Prunus Tai Haku is stunning when in flower and is commonly used in avenue plantings, grown as a specimen, or added to a mixed planting.
