Acer palmatum Sango-Kaku is a stunning Japanese Maple that features soft looking leaves that emerge yellow-green in spring with reddish margins. They mature to a light green in summer before turning golden yellow in autumn and falling. It grows with an upright and vase shaped habit to about 6 m tall and 5 m wide. Acer Sango-Kaku makes for a magnificent specimen and is ideal for including in a mixed planting, planting to soften a bland wall, or for using anywhere the spectacular colours can be enjoyed.
