Photinia Super Red is one of the more popular hedging plants due to its very colourful foliage. New growth is bright red and ages to become mid-dark green which results in a glossy plant with dual colouring through spring and summer. This quick growing evergreen can reach 3 m tall and 2.5 m wide but is commonly trimmed to sizes significantly less than this.
