Pratia Pedunculata County Park

Pratia 'Country Park'

Pratia 'Country Park' is a NZ native that is often grown as a hardy ground cover. The small leaves on this plant give the appearance of a lush, green carpet. It becomes adorned with masses of small, China-blue coloured flowers from spring through until autumn as it grows to 10 cm tall and 50 cm wide. Pratia 'Country Park' is commonly used as a ground cover, grown an alternative to a grass lawn, included in and cottage gardens, or planted between paving stones and the like. It also looks fantastic when grown in a hanging basket and allowed to trail over the sides.
