Double, pink flowers are borne in such proliferation they coat the plant through summer and autumn. They sit neatly amongst the fine and aromatic, dark green foliage which has dark red undertones as it grows to 2 m tall and 1.8 m wide. Leptospermum Blossom is commonly included in a mixed planting, used for screening and shelter, planted as backdrop for smaller plants, grown to attract native fauna, or trimmed into a hedge.

Kunzea robusta is commonly grown for shelter, clipped into a slender hedge, or used in native revegetation and riparian plantings.
