Miscanthus 'Zebrinus' is an ornamental grass grown for its variegated foliage. It grows as a clump of narrow and gently arching, green leaves with soft-yellow rings. Tall spikes of plume-like flowers are borne in summer that are cream with a pink tone as it grows to 1.5 m tall and 1.2 m wide. Miscanthus 'Zebrinus' is commonly included in mixed or border plantings, planted around outdoor living areas or water features, used as a backdrop for other plants, or maintained in a container.
