Loropetalum Purple Pixie produces rich purple foliage which is held densely off near prostrate stems. It typically grows to 40 cm tall and 1.2 m wide as an oval shaped clump. Loropetalum Purple Pixie is commonly included in mixed and border plantings, planted around outdoor living areas, grown for winter colour, or maintained in a container. It is also well suited to mass planting on a bank or the like for use as a groundcover.
