Metrosideros Spring Fire is a variety of Pohutukawa grown for its showy flowers. The red flowers are produced en masse through summer and are complemented with glossy, blue-green foliage. This NZ Christmas tree typically grows to 5 m tall and 3.5 m wide. Metrosideros Spring Fire is an excellent choice for coastal gardens, adding to a mixed planting, or for avenue planting.

Adiantum aethiopicum
Adiantum aethiopicum, commonly known as the Maidenhair Fern, is grown for its attractive and soft-looking foliage. The mid-green fronds emerge from a clump and are held both densely and gracefully. In the right conditions this NZ native will eventually reach 50 cm tall and the same wide, but it often only gets to just 25 cm tall and the same wide when grown indoors in a pot. Adiantum aethiopicum is commonly grown indoors as a potted plant and is well suited to bathrooms, kitchens, and other humid areas.
