Liriope muscari, commonly known as Lilyturf or Monkeygrass, is an herbaceous perennial with flower spikes that rise above the foliage during summer and autumn, bearing masses of lavender-blue flowers that are long-lasting and blend wonderfully with the strap-like, dark green foliage.
