Leptospermum nana Huia is a dwarf Manuka variety and is renowned for its profuse flowering. It produces masses of single, deep pink-red flowers through winter and spring. The foliage comprises small and fragrant, dark green leaves which are held on slender stems as it grows to 50 cm tall and the same wide. Leptospermum Huia is commonly included in mixed plantings, grown in a container, planted to attract birds and bees, trimmed into a low hedge, or mass planted for a spectacular show.
