Corokia 'Geenty's Green' is a hardy, NZ native shrub that bears narrow, olive-green leaves that have a silver underside. Masses of small, star-like, mildly fragrant, yellow flowers are produced through summer. It typically grows to 1.5 m tall and the same wide, and can be trimmed as necessary. Corokia 'Geenty's Green' is commonly used as a low- to medium-sized hedge but also makes a great addition to a mixed planting or for planting on those difficult-to-grow sites.

Corokia Emerald And Jade

Corokia 'Emerald and Jade' is a hardy, NZ native shrub grown for its lovely foliage and interesting form. It grows as a mass of wiry, tangled branches carrying small, olive-green leaves held on silver-grey stems. Small, mildly fragrant, yellow flowers are borne in summer and are followed by small, red-orange berries. This evergreen typically grows to 1.2 m tall and 75 cm wide, responding well to trimming, which encourages new growth. Corokia 'Emerald and Jade' is commonly trimmed into a hedge, added to a mixed planting, used as a backdrop for smaller plants, or planted to border an entrance.
