Grevillea Knockout, commonly known as Spider Flower, is a fast growing, dense shrub which is grown for its spikes of exquisite, bright red and yellow, spider-like flowers during winter and spring. These are held abreast of the fine, mid-green foliage as it grows to 75 cm tall and 1 m wide. Grevillea Knockout is commonly included in mixed plantings, added to Mediterranean themed gardens, used for hedging, grown around pool and other living areas, or mass planted on a bank or the like for a magical display. It is also well suited to being maintained in a container or planted to brighten a dull spot in the garden.
