Acer palmatum Scolopendrifolium is an impressive Japanese Maple featuring a rich display of fine and colourful foliage. This attractive, deciduous tree produces yellow-green leaves in spring which age to become long, narrow, and bright green. As autumn progresses the leaves develop lovely shades of orange and yellow before falling. It typically grows to 5 m tall and 2.5 m wide. Acer Scolopendrifolium makes for a magnificent specimen and a lovely shade tree and is also well suited to avenue planting.

They mature to a light green in summer before turning spectacular shades of yellow in autumn before falling. It grows with an upright and vase shape to about 6 m tall and 4 m wide.
