Sorbus devoniensis, commonly known as Devon Whitebeam, is a small to medium-sized deciduous tree. It features leaves that are glossy and dark green on the upside and white beneath. They are held densely off rigid stems and develop yellow tones in autumn before falling. The tree is adorned with small, white flowers in spring which result in red-orange berries in the autumn as it grows to 10 m tall and 6 m wide. Sorbus devoniensis is commonly grown as a specimen, included in a mixed planting in a large garden, planted to provide screening, or included to attract wildlife.
