Lavender Dilly Dilly is a variety of Lavender that grows as a compact shrub and carries masses of relatively long, blue-purple flower spikes through spring and summer. The foliage is green with a touch of grey and is a lovely complement to the darker flowers as it grows to 60 cm tall and the same wide. Lavender Dilly Dilly is commonly used in cottage gardens, included in mixed plantings and borders, or planted around outdoor living areas. A mass planting either as a groundcover or on a bank gives a truly dramatic display.
