This male variety of Viburnum is a popular evergreen shrub due to its lovely foliage and showy flowers. Pink flower buds open to reveal showy clusters of white flowers during spring. Older foliage does tend to be dark green. It grows with a pyramidal habit and can reach 50 m tall and 15 m wide.
