Brunfelsia Fragrant Summer, known as the plant Called Yesterday Today and Tomorrow, is a compact and colourful evergreen shrub renowned its attractive and changing flowers. It grows as a rounded cushion of purple-green leaves to about 1 m tall and the same wide. Through spring and summer masses of sweetly fragrant, pansy like flowers open purple-blue then fade to white. Brunfelsia Fragrant Summer is commonly grown as an informal hedge, added to a mixed planting, planted around outdoor living areas, used in cottage gardens, or mass planted alongside a path or on a bank.
Weigela florida variegata (Variegated Weigela)
Variegata is variety of Weigela grown for its colourful foliage and flowers. This compact shrub produces variegated leaves which are dark green with a lime green margin. The foliage is complemented with clusters of light pink flowers through spring and summer as it grows to 2 m tall and the same wide.
