Daphne × burkwoodii Carol Mackie features highly fragrant, pale pink flowers in late spring. The flowers are complemented with lush foliage that variegated green with a gold margin. It grows with a rounded habit to about 75 cm tall and the same wide. Daphne Carol Mackie is commonly planted around outdoor living areas such as pools and the like, included in mixed and border plantings, maintained in a container, added to cottage gardens, or planted close to a window or door so the fragrance can fill the house.
