Hatiora salicornioides, commonly known as the Mistletoe Cactus or the Dancing Bones plant, is a succulent grown for its amazing foliage. It produces delicate green stems that are heavily branched which results in a somewhat tangled appearance. Small, yellow flowers are often produced at the stem tips during spring. It typically grows with a ball shape to 30 cm tall and the same wide. Echinopsis oxygona, commonly known as the Easter Lily Cactus, is a widely grown and popular cactus. It features slender, upright stems, that are olive-green in colour. Showy, pink flowers are often borne during summer and only last 2-3 days. It typically grows with an upright habit to just 40 cm tall and 20 cm wide. Echinopsis oxygona is commonly maintained in a container or included in Mediterranean and rock gardens.
