Rhubarb Victoria
Rhubarb Victoria is a popular variety due to its large stems that are bright red and lack of stringiness. The flavour of the stems is tart with an apple-gooseberry flavour. This herbaceous perennial grows as a clump to about 50 cm tall and 60 cm wide bearing broad and large, green leaves, and regrows quickly after cutting.
