Griselinia Broadway Mint
Griselinia Broadway Mint, commonly known as Kapuka or NZ Broadleaf, is a fast growing, small, NZ native tree with dense branching and lush foliage which makes it perfect for hedging. The foliage comprises large and glossy, wavy leaves which gives it a fresh and vibrant appeal. Left untrimmed, it will grow to 5 m tall and 3 m wide, but it is often clipped to sizes much less than this. This plant makes a beautiful hedge and a fantastic screen, but also makes for a lovely specimen, or as a colourful backdrop for smaller plants. It is the gorgeous foliage and versatility this plant offers that makes it a popular choice.

Photinia Red Blaze
Photinia Red Blaze is one of the more popular hedging plants due to its bright and colourful foliage. New growth is bright red and ages to become mid-dark green which results in a glossy plant with dual colouring through spring and summer. This quick growing evergreen can reach 3 m tall and 2.5 m wide, but is commonly trimmed to sizes significantly less than this. Photinia Red Blaze is commonly grown as an attractive and dense hedge but is also well suited to being used for shelter and screening.
