Chusquea gigantea is a variety of Bamboo from South America that features elegant stems and foliage. It is a clump-forming bamboo that produces tall stems with distinctive rings on the stems. The stems host lush green foliage as it grows to about 7 m tall and 4 m wide. This bamboo grows best in full sun on a well-drained site with some shelter.
